JDP Drapala & Partners has advised facility management company Apleona on its acquisition of Poland's FM Solutions.
Apleona is a European integrated facility management services company. FM Solutions is a provider of technical maintenance, repairs, and installation services in Poland.
According to JDP, “the acquisition is expected to accelerate Apleona’s organic growth in Poland and expand its local and international client base.”
JDP’s team included Partners Marcin Chomiuk and Maciej Chrzan, Counsels Joanna Ostojska-Kolodziej and Marcin Lewinski, Senior Associate Magdalena Bartnik, Associates Paulina Kucharska, Daria Gromotka, and Adam Usiadek, and Head of Tax Magdalena Zasiewska.
JDP could not provide further information on the deal.
