Gessel has advised Lentex on the sale of its subsidiary Lentex Wyladziny to Mohawk Group-owned Unilin for EUR 20 million. Soltysinski, Kawecki & Slezak reportedly advised Unilin on the acquisition.
The Unilin Group is a manufacturer of flooring materials. Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed Lentex is a producer of flexible residential and commercial PVC coverings and a producer of nonwovens. Lentex Wyladziny produces carpets.
