Gessel has advised Zielona-Energia.com Partners Michal Klimczyk and Lukasz Fonfara on the sale of shares in Zielona-Energia.com Logistics to EDP Energia Polska.
According to the firm, "Zielona-Energia.com, active since 2013, is a supplier of quality photovoltaic solutions for businesses and individual customers." EDP Energia Polska is part of the EDP Group. According to Gessel, it has been present in Poland since 2007 (through EDP Renewables Polska) and is the fourth-largest producer of wind power globally.
The Gessel team was led by Managing Partner Marcin Macieszczak and included Managing Associate Krzysztof Jasinski and Associates Magdalena Mirkowska and Marcin Walczak.
Gessel did not respond to our request for additional information on the deal.
