Marcin Robenek has joined Osborne Clarke Poland as a Partner and Head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. In addition to Robenek, Bartlomiej Sadura, Wiktor Rustecki, and Paulina Lekan joined the firm as Senior Associate, Associate, and Junior Associate, respectively.
Specializing in dispute resolution, Robenek was previously a Managing Associate with Gessel, where he spent over 11 years, having first joined in 2011. Before that, he spent three years at the District Court for Krakow-Podgorze and the Regional Court in Krakow.
"I approach each case individually, supporting the client at every stage of the dispute – from securing their interests when the dispute is just beginning to arise, through the preparation of comprehensive procedural tactics taking into account the conditions of their industry and the specificity of the case, to the representation of their interests at the stage of pursuing a claim," Robenek commented.
