GNZ Legal and Dentons Advise on Wento’s Sale of PV Portfolio to Modus Asset Management

Gorzelnik Nentwig Ziebinski has advised Equinor Group company Wento on its sale of a 28-megawatt solar photovoltaics portfolio to Modus Asset Management. Dentons has advised the buyer.

Wento is a renewable energy company in Poland that develops, builds, and operates photovoltaic and wind projects in the country.

Modus Asset Management is a Lithuanian fund management company focusing on renewable energy investments.

"Higher degree of complexity is required to navigate power price volatility, rising financing costs, high inflation, and foreign exchange fluctuations," Modus Asset Management CEO Povilas Peciulis commented. "We are committed to further investments, strengthening regional energy independence, and expanding clean generation sources."
