Michal Jagielski and Wiktor Rainka have joined JDP Drapala & Partners as a Co-Head of the firm’s Tax team and Head of the IP/IT/Advertising and Media Law team, respectively.
Specializing in tax law, Jagielski previously worked at Andersen in Poland as a Director.
Rainka specializes in IP, IT, advertising, and media law. In 2019, he established a boutique law firm where he was a Managing Partner. From 2015 to 2019, Rainka was also a Senior Counsel CEE at Showmax, Senior Counsel at Wirtualna Polska, and a Partner with Kondracki Celej. Earlier still, he was an Associated Counsel at Wierzbowski Eversheds, between 2013 and 2015, and at LSW Lesnodorski Slusarek and Partners, between 2007 and 2013.
