Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson has advised the founders of No Fluff Jobs on the sale of the majority stake in the company to Ringier Axel Springer Polska.
According to BSJP, "the investment is intended to support the dynamic growth of No Fluff Jobs and the company’s further expansion into the global market."
Founded in 2014, No Fluff Jobs operates websites with job offers for IT professionals. The company offers services in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Hungary, with more than 130 employees.
Ringier Axel Springer Polska manages media brands in Poland and provides digital and e-commerce services.
In 2018, BSJP also advised the shareholders of No Fluff Jobs on the sale of the first tranche of shares to Ringier Axel Springer Polska's predecessor Ringier Axel Springer Media (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 30, 2018).
The BSJP team included Partner Dag Nilsson and Counsel Aleksandra Chojnowska.
