Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak Sroka Nilsson has announced that Equity Partners Dag Nilsson and Jaroslaw Sroka have been appointed as Co-Managing Partners alongside Managing Partner Maciej Prusak, with longtime Managing Partner Joern Brockhuis moving to a Senior Partner position within the firm.

According to the firm, Nilsson and Sroka will be supervising and leading the development of selected areas of the firm, alongside Prusak. BSJP founder and Head of the firm's Real Estate practice Brockhuis will supervise the overall strategy and development of the firm as well as keep in touch with key clients and stakeholders.

Specializing in corporate and M&A, Nilsson has been an Equity Partner at BSJP since 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Partner with Nilsson & Partners, from 2013 to 2017, and an Attorney-at-Law with Schoenherr, from 2009 to 2012. He was also an Associate with Herbert Smith Freehills, from 2010 to 2011, and with Gleiss Lutz, from 2006 to 2008. Earlier, he was a Consultant with PwC, from 2004 to 2005.

Sroka specializes in public procurement and real estate law and has been an Equity Partner at the firm since 2018, having first joined the team in 2011. He was a Senior Associate with Schoenherr from 2009 to 2011, and with Gleiss Lutz, where he spent over eight years, from 2000 to 2008.
