Greenberg Traurig Advises Invesco on Sale of Logistics Park in Gdansk to EQT Exeter

Greenberg Traurig has advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of a logistics park in the vicinity of the Gdansk international airport to EQT Exeter.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “the logistics facility, a part of which is still under construction, consists of five buildings and has a total lease area of approximately 110,000 square meters.”

Invesco is a global real estate investment manager with USD 92 billion in real estate assets under management, 582 employees, and 21 regional offices across the US, Europe, and Asia. It manages 178 assets across 14 European countries.

Greenberg Traurig’s team was led by Local Partner Rafal Siwek and included Associates Agnieszka Lichota and Maxymilian Rybczynski.
