Sadkowski i Wspolnicy has successfully represented the interests of the Metropolitan Transport Authority in Katowice before the District Court in Warsaw in a public procurement dispute. The result of the case allowed the Metropolitan Transport Authority to complete a PLN 1 billion public transport services tender procedure.
According to Sadkowski i Wspolnicy, “the judgment of the District Court in Warsaw dismissed the contractor's complaint against the earlier judgment of the National Appeal Chamber dismissing its appeal against the results of the tender. A total of five appeals were filed with the National Appeal Chamber against the results of the tender, two of which were dismissed in full, two were withdrawn, and one was rejected.”
