Greenberg Traurig Advises Capital Park on Acquisition of Two Land Plots in Gdansk

Greenberg Traurig has advised Capital Park S.A. on the acquisition of two plots of land in Gdansk with a total area of 1.3 hectares situated at the confluence of the Motlawa River and the Martwa Wisla from ECO-Classic.

Capital Park Group is a real estate development and investment company in Poland, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since December 2013. The Group manages a portfolio of properties with a total area of 177,000 square meters and a market value of PLN 2.6 billion, 92% of which are properties located in Warsaw.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “Capital Park is planning a residential development with retail and services functions on the acquired property as well as a representative recreational space, available to all Gdansk residents and tourists visiting the city.“

Greenberg Traurig’ team was led by Senior Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek, supervised by Deputy Managing Partner Radomil Charzynski, and included Senior Associate Agnieszka Stopinska and Associates Jakub Gajzler, Jedrzej Antoszewski, Katarzyna Goljan, and Jakub Wilk.

According to SSW Pragmatic Solutions, "the project, implemented as a joint venture in cooperation with Capital Park Group, envisages the development of a residential area at Polski Hak. The author of the winning architectural concept of the competition for land development is Jems Architekci studio."
