CMS and Dentons Advise on AFI Europe's Acquisition of Towarowa 22 from EPP

CMS has advised AFI Europe on the acquisition of a 70% stake in the Towarowa 22 project from EPP and the related joint-development agreements with Echo Investment. Dentons advised EPP on the deal.

According to CMS, "the Towarowa 22 project is being carried out in Warsaw’s Wola district – an attractive investment area of about 6.5 hectares in the center of that district." AFI Europe and Echo Investment, the project's developer, will continue with "the construction of a multi-functional complex with a total usable area of 230,000 square meters."

AFI Europe is an owner, manager, and developer of real properties in CEE. EPP is a real estate investment company.

The CMS team included Partner Lidia Dziurzynska-Leipert, Counsel Michal Bork, Senior Associates Barbara Krupinska-Fuganti, Katarzyna Szostak, and Paulina Karpinska-Huzior, and Associate Pawel Sliwka.
