Crido and DZP Advise on Alfa Brokers’ Sale of Majority Stake to Renomia

Crido has advised shareholders of Alfa Brokers on the sale of a majority stake to Renomia. Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka advised the buyer.

Alfa Brokers is a Polish insurance broker, operating in the EU countries, as well as Russia, China, India, Brazil, Mexico, and Ukraine.

Renomia Group is a Prague-headquartered insurance and reinsurance broker operating in Central and Eastern Europe.
