Rymarz Zdort Advises Bank BPH on Outsourcing Agreement with IBM Polska Business Services

Rymarz Zdort has advised Bank BPH on an outsourcing agreement for servicing a portfolio of mortgage receivables and the provision of IT services with IBM Polska Business Services.

According to the firm, the transaction also included a quadrilateral cooperation agreement for the outsourcing services previously provided to Bank BPH by Alior Bank to be transferred to IBM and Kyndryl Polska Business Services.

Bank BPH is a Gdansk-headquartered bank and a part of the international capital group of the General Electric Company.

IBM Polska is the Poland-based branch of US-based IBM. The company provides consulting and IT services as well as software and hardware.

Kyndryl is the business infrastructure management services arm of IBM which was spun off in December 2021.

Established in 2008, Alior Bank is a Poland-based bank, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
