DWF has advised a company from the Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne Group on the sale of the NC3 office building in Warsaw to MNK Partners through a share deal. CMS reportedly advised the buyers.
According to DWF, “the transaction consisted of the sale of 100% of shares in NC3 II, the owner of NC3, a modern 6,200 square-meter office building located in Warsaw's Mokotow district, to MNK Partners, an independent asset management company specializing in European real estate investments.”
DWF's team included Partners Joanna Wojnarowska and Adrian Jonca and Senior Associates Ewa Lewandowska, Bartosz Ostrowski, Katarzyna Stec, and Ewelina Madej.
