Greenberg Traurig has advised the Dom Development Group on its PLN 209.5 million acquisition of Buma Group’s residential portfolio from Giovanni Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety.
According to the firm, "the transaction comprises the takeover of selected construction and land bank companies holding investment land in Krakow with the potential to develop more than 1300 residential units, as well as projects under construction."
Dom Development is a Polish developer operating since 1996. The company has delivered over 40,000 apartments and luxury suites.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Karol Brzoskowski and Senior Associate Filip Janeczko and included Local Partner Magda Zyczkowska-Jozwiak, Senior Associate Agnieszka Gul-Czajkowska, and Associates Karolina Wozniak and Tomasz Drzewiecki.
Greenberg Traurig was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
