MJH Advises GI International on Tender Offer Bid for GI Poland Group

Moskwa Jarmul Haladyj has advised GI International on the tender offer bid for all shares of the GI Poland Group.

GI Poland is a temporary and permanent staffing company specializing in HR consulting, HR restructuring, recruitment, and outsourcing. GI International is a labor market service provider active in temporary and permanent staffing, advanced outsourcing, search and selection, training, outplacement, HR consulting, as well as a variety of complementary activities and operates in 57 countries across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa.

According to MJH, “the tender offer has been launched with a view to delisting GI Group Poland from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the tender offer, GI International has purchased shares giving the right to 86.8% of votes at the general meeting. In the meantime, the general meeting of shareholders has adopted a resolution on delisting.”
