Linklaters has advised CBRE Investment Management, on the acquisition of the D building of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center from 7R. Kancelaria Kurek, Wojcik i Partnerzy reportedly advised 7R.

According to Linklaters, "with the latest acquisition, CBRE Investment Management has now acquired all four buildings making up the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center."

The acquired building D has a total area of 13,800 square meters. The 7R Park Beskid I logistics center is located in Silesia Province and comprises four buildings with a total area of 58,300 square meters.

7R is a Krakow-headquartered developer operating in the logistic and industrial sector, specializing in warehouse facilities preparation, construction, and management.
