Rymarz Zdort has advised Alseva Group’s seller Anna Zagrajek on the sale of shares in the group to Sunly and the subsequent acquisition of a shareholding in Sunly. Soltysinski Kawecki Szlezak advised Sunly on the deal.

Alseva is a Krakow-based developer of large-scale photovoltaic projects and a general contractor of photovoltaic power plants. It also operates in the field of energy storage and assists entrepreneurs in securing favorable contracts for the sale of energy.

Sunly is an industry investor operating in the Baltics focusing on photovoltaic installations and wind farm projects.
