Former Counsel Edyta Defanska-Czuko, specializing in employment law, has been promoted to Partner at Crido Legal.

According to the firm, Defanska-Czuko “is dynamically developing the labor law practice” of the firm. In addition to employment law matters, she represents clients before courts and investigative authorities and focuses on the financial, service, and BPO/SSC services sectors.

Before joining Crido Legal in 2019, Defanska-Czuko spent six years as a Partner and Head of the Labor Law practice at Czublun Trebicki. Prior to that, she spent six and a half with Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka, between 2007 and 2013, and eight months with Maciej Panfil i Partnerzy, in 2006.

“Promotion to partners in Crido is an expression of appreciation for people who have contributed to the company's development and who have new, interesting ideas for the development of areas in which they specialize and show determination to implement these ideas,” Managing Partner Andrzej Puncewicz said of the appointment.
