MFW Fialek has advised Innova Capital portfolio company Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne on the acquisition of She Cosmetic Lab.
According to the firm, "in January 2020 [Bielenda] acquired two large brands: Soraya and Dermika. The subsequent acquisitions not only expand the range of cosmetics but also strengthen Bielenda’s position on the domestic market and increase the competitiveness of Polish products, also abroad."
Bielenda is a Polish cosmetic brand, focusing on face, body, and hair care products. The company’s cosmetic products are available in over 45 countries around the world.
She Cosmetic Lab is a specialized natural hand and foot care cosmetics and accessories manufacturer. Its portfolio includes such brands as She Hand, She Foot, and Man Foot.
The MFW Fialek team was led by Partner Miroslaw Fialek and included Counsel Rafal Siemieniec, Associates Pawel Siwiec and Wojciech Lichterowicz, and Junior Associates Natalia Chojnowska and Barbara Kwasnicka.
