Allen & Overy has advised Grupa Tauron on a PLN 500 million loan granted by the Erste Group. Clifford Chance advised Erste on the deal.
According to Allen & Overy, “the proceeds of the loans will be used to finance eligible green projects related to the financing of renewable energy sources, improvement of energy efficiency, and development of e-mobility infrastructure, being in line and supporting Green Turn of Tauron.”
