DWF Advises Fortaco on Acquisition of Paintshop in Janow Lubelski

DWF has advised Fortaco on the acquisition of a paintshop from Alucrom. Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr reportedly advised Alucrom.

The deal consisted of a preliminary agreement with Alucrom for the acquisition of a 2,000 square-meter paintshop facility, built in 2014 and located next to Fortaco Group's existing factory in Janow Lubelski, Poland. 

According to DWF, "the employees of the Alucrom branch will be transferred to Fortaco JL together with the movable and immovable property comprising the facility. The preliminary agreement was signed on December 20, 2021, while the transaction is scheduled to close on March 31, 2022."
