Dentons and Baker McKenzie Advise on Savills’ Acquisition of 7R Park from 7R and VRE

Dentons has advised Savills Investment Management on its EUR 101 million acquisition of 7R Park Beskid II on behalf of Vestas Investment Management from Polish developers 7R and VRE. Baker McKenzie advised the sellers.

The transaction is expected to close in March 2022.

7R Park Beskid II is located in the Upper Silesia region in Poland.
