Greenberg Traurig and Rymarz Zdort Advise on Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego’s PLN 2 Billion Sale of Investment Certificates to PFR

Greenberg Traurig has advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on the PLN 2 billion sale of investment certificates in the Rental Housing Fund and the Housing Sector Development Fund to Polski Fundusz Rozwoju. Rymarz Zdort advised the buyer.

According to Greenberg Traurig, the operation of both funds implements the objectives of the Apartment Plus government housing program.

Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego is the Polish state development bank. Its activities involve the development of housing and infrastructure.

Polski Fundusz Rozwoju is a group of financial and advisory institutions for entrepreneurs, local governments, and individuals investing in the sustainable social and economic development of the country.
