Furtek Komosa Aleksandrowicz has advised the Finnish Uponor Corporation on its acquisition of Poland's Capricorn. PwC Legal reportedly advised the sellers on the deal.

According to FKA, Capricorn is Poland's leading manufacturer of heating and plumbing components. “Capricorn generated net sales of more than PLN 100 million in 2020 and employs approximately 450 people. Capricorn will be integrated into Uponor's Building Solutions – Europe division.”
