SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Bank Pekao on financing Enterprise Investors' acquisition of a majority stake in Snap Outdoor. Baker McKenzie advised the borrower. Simmons & Simmons reportedly also advised the bank.
According to Baker McKenzie, "financing has been made available for the purposes of the acquisition of Snap Outdoor by Enterprise Investors and financing of Snap Outdoor's current business operations."
Snap Outdoor is a distributor of outdoor clothing and equipment and the owner of 8a.pl – a Polish e-commerce platform dedicated to active tourism and mountain sports.
