Clifford Chance, Rymarz Zdort and DWF Advise on Kajima and Griffin Real Estate Joint Venture

Clifford Chance, Rymarz Zdort, and DWF have advised the joint venture between Kajima Europe and Griffin Real Estate on the acquisition of a 72% stake in Poland's PAD-RES.

Kajima Europe is a pan-European real estate investment and development company. Griffin Real estate is a private equity investment company. PAD-RES is a developer of clean energy assets in Poland.

According to Kajima, the companies plan to “focus on further development of PAD-RES’s renewable energy portfolio, which comprises investments in solar and wind projects at various stages of advancement, both in the development stage and ready to build, with an operational renewable capacity exceeding 500 megawatts.”
