Allen & Overy has advised M7 on its acquisition of two warehouse buildings in Mogilenska Street, Poznan.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
M7 is a London-based investor and investment manager in regional, multi-tenanted commercial real estate. The company employs more than 220 employees in 15 countries and territories and it manages over 610 retail, office, and industrial properties with a value of around EUR 4.1 billion.
Allen & Overy’s team consisted Partner Michal Matera, Counsels Piotr Przybylski and Anna Madra, and Associates Katarzyna Fus-Starzec, Maciej Wroniak, Weronika Mielnicka, Krystyna Fatyga, and Malgorzata Jastrzebska.
