Linklaters and Dentons Advise on CP Developer Forward Sale of Apartments to Heimstaden Bostad

Linklaters has advised CP Developer S.a r.l. on its PLN 1.4 billion long-term forward sale of 2,500 rental apartments to Sweden’s Heimstaden Bostad. Dentons advised the buyer.

CP Developer is a joint venture established by private equity firm Cornerstone Partners and real estate developer Crestyl. Linklaters previously advised Cornerstone Partners and Crestyl on their establishment of the joint venture for the acquisition of Polish real estate developer Budimex Nieruchomosci (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 4, 2021).

According to Linklaters, the 2,500 apartments will be developed over the next few years by Budimex Nieruchomosci and subsequently transferred to Heimstaden Bostad.
