Rymarz Zdort advised Pepco Group N.V. on Polish law matters related to a EUR 740 million senior facilities agreement, including secured term loans of up to EUR 550 million and a secured working capital facility of up to EUR 190 million, with a consortium of 11 Polish and international financial institutions, in order to refinance Pepco's existing debt.

The refinancing agreement was connected to Pepco's recent IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which Rymarz Zdort also advised on (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 1, 2021). Pepco has 3,246 stores in 16 European countries, with yearly revenues of EUR 3.5 billion.

The Rymarz Zdort team was led by Partner Marcin Iwaniszyn and included Associates Sebastian Mikina and Krystian Kurgan.
