Former CMS Warsaw Partner Anna Brzoza-Ostrowska has joined SKJ Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen, transforming the firm into SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska.
Brzoza-Ostrowska has over 19 years of experience and specializes in real estate transactions and projects involving logistics, office, and commercial space. According to SKJB, "she manages the work of a team representing funds operating in the real estate sector and is currently advising leading developers in the warehouse market. She advises domestic and international investors on the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial property and development projects." She joins after eight years at CMS.
On her LinkedIn page, Brzoza-Ostrowska declared herself "happy to join the great team of lawyers at the law firm established by my friends: Wojciech Szybkowski, Agnieszka Kuzma, [and] Anna Jelen. Now we are co-operating together as SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska Sp. j. I am excited about our future together."
Joining SKJB along with Brzoza-Ostrowska are former CMS colleagues and new SKJB Senior Associates Izabela Kultys and Agata Biernadska (who left CMS in 2020 to spend a year at Laszczuk & Partners).
