Clifford Chance Warsaw has advised Arctic Paper S.A. on a term and revolving facilities agreement concluded with Santander Bank Polska S.A., BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., under which the lenders agreed to grant the company an approximately PLN 300 million equivalent multi-currency refinancing package, comprised of term and revolving facilities. Norton Rose Fulbright advised the banks on the deal.

Norton Rose Fulbright describes Arctic Paper as "one of the leading manufacturers of superior graphic fine paper in Europe," and reports that "the company offers a wide range of applications, including book production, advertising, office materials and other qualitative printed matter."

The financing will, subject to satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, be made available for general corporate and working capital purposes and in order to refinance the Arctic Paper group's existing bank/bond debt.

Clifford Chance advised Arctic Paper on the original bank and bond debt back in 2016 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 9, 2016).

Clifford Chance's team included Partner Andrzej Stosio, Senior Associates Kacper BardanĀ and Anna Miernik, and Associates Natalia Karasiewicz and Artur Gladysz.

Norton Rose Fulbright's team, which was supervised by Partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski and led by Counsel Marta Kawecka, included Associate Karolina Majcher and Paralegal Jakub Wiatrzyk.
