Greenberg Traurig has advised Tritax EuroBox on the sale of a warehouse in the Polish logistics hub of Strykow, near Lodz, to Savills Investment Management. Dentons advised the buyer on the deal.

According to Dentons, “the center, fully leased to Castorama, was acquired on behalf of the Vestas European Strategic Allocation Logistics Fund, a pan-European logistics investment fund launched by Savills IM in partnership with Vestas Investment Management.” The warehouse is a build-to-suit facility offering around 100,000 square meters of logistics and office space.

Savills Investment Management, a member of the Savills Group, is an investor and manager of real estate that currently has around EUR 21.2 billion in assets under management.

Tritax EuroBox invests in and manages logistics assets across continental Europe.

Greenberg Traurig also advised Tritax EuroBox on its acquisition of the Strykow center from a member of the Panattoni Europe Group in 2019 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 2, 2019).

Greenberg Traurig’s team included Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, Counsel Barbara Pancer, Senior Associate Karolina Olko, and Associate Marcin Gralewski.

The Dentons team consisted of Partner Jacek Jezierski and Associates Alicja Pulawska-Kusnierz and Zuzanna Sobon.
