Maciej Pietrzak has made Local Partner at Greenberg Traurig in Warsaw.
Pietrzak specializes in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business and asset acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures and shareholders agreements.
Pietrzak practiced with CMS in London from 2010 to 2016. He spent four months in 2016 as Legal Counsel at Galliford Try before joining Greenberg Traurig’s London office that same year. He moved to the firm's Warsaw office in 2019.
Pietrzak obtained his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Westminster in 2007 and his Master of Laws at the King’s College London in 2009.
