SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Impexmetal S.A., a Polish enterprise operating mainly on the non-ferrous metals market, on a brownfield transaction to sell a former aluminum factory to sustainable technologies company Johnson Matthey.
According to SSW, the plant will be powered solely by electricity from renewable sources. The whole project is expected to commence operations in 2022.
