Wardynski & Partners Advises Faerch on Acquisition of Inline Poland

Wardynski & Partners, working with lead counsel Plesner, has advised Denmark-based Faerch on its acquisition of Inline Poland from the Sirap Group. Greenberg Traurig advised the seller on the deal.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Faerch is a producer and distributor of plastic packaging for the food industry. The company operates in the Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK, and now also in Italy and Poland.

The Sirap Group, which is wholly owned by the Milan-listed holding company Italmobiliare, specializes in producing packaging for fresh food from polystyrene foam, PET, and polypropylene.
