DLA Piper and GNZ Legal Advise on Construction of Photovoltaic Power Plant in Poland

DLA Piper has advised Respect Energy on the construction of a photovoltaic power plant in Zwartow, Poland. GNZ Legal advised Germany’s Goldbeck Solar, which cooperated with Respect Energy on the project.

Respect Energy is a Polish company specialized in acquiring and selling of renewable energy. The company cooperates with over 400 producers of renewable energy in Poland.

According to DLA Piper, the total value of the project is estimated at around EUR 200 million. The firm reported that construction will begin in the first quarter of 2021 and is scheduled to conclude by 2026. In addition, DLA Piper reported that it will have an installed capacity of 203 MW.

Goldbeck Solar is a Germany-based developer of industrial and large-scale photovoltaic power plants.
