Agnieszka Braciszewska to Lead Norton Rose Fulbright's Polish Corporate/M&A Practice

Norton Rose Fulbright has announced that newly-made Partner Agnieszka Braciszewska will lead the firm's Corporate and M&A practice in Warsaw.

Braciszewska was one of 47 lawyers promoted to partner worldwide by Norton Rose Fulbright on January 1, 2021. In her new role, she will succeed Piotr Strawa, who recently also stepped down from his role as Managing Partner of the Warsaw office (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 6, 2021).

According to Norton Rose Fulbright, Braciszewska "has experience advising clients, particularly those from the private equity sector, on asset acquisitions and disposals, restructuring of holding structures and equity transactions on the public market." In addition, the firm reports, "[she] is also recognized for her work in Insurance law. She advises insurers on the regulatory aspects of their business and is also one of the first warranty and indemnity insurance specialists in Poland. In addition, Agnieszka advises the firm’s clients on data protection issues."

Braciszewska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also holds Master’s degrees in both Economics and Banking and Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
