Wojciech Iwanski and Andrzej Motyka have made Partner at Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak.

Wojciech Iwanski began his career with SK&S in 2006. According to the firm, he “provides expert advice to Polish and foreign enterprises commencing or conducting business in the sector of banking, payment, and brokerage services.” In addition, according to the firm, he “advised on numerous regulated outsourcing projects and the implementation of new technologies in banking and payment services, including cloud computing, innovative payment methods, and virtual currencies.” Iwanski obtained his master’s degree and his doctorate at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2007 and 2012, respectively.

Andrzej Motyka joined Soltysinski Kawecki & Szlezak in 2008. According to the firm, he specializes in M&A transactions and capital markets law, and he has handled “numerous acquisitions of public and private companies in the chemical, food, telecommunication, and automotive industries, as well as in FMCG and other sectors of the economy.” In addition, according to the firm, Motyka’s advice is “invaluable in multi-faceted corporate disputes among shareholders of public and private companies, as Wojciech represents clients in arbitration and court disputes concerning corporate matters.” Motyka received his master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2010.
