Linklaters has advised Austrian real estate asset and investment manager GalCap Europe on the acquisition of an office building in Warsaw from German investment fund UBS Real Estate GmbH.
According to Linklaters, the building "was built in 1993 and comprises seven floors above ground and three underground levels. It offers over 10,000 square meters of office and retail leasable space." According to the firm, the building is located in the Srodmiescie district close of Warsaw, close to the Politechnika metro station and Plac Konstytucji.
Linklaters' team included Counsel Weronika Guerquin, Senior Associate Zaneta Baldowska, and Junior Associates Justyna Glinka, Katarzyna Grodzka, and Filip Witaszek.
