Orrickhas helped Brainly raise USD 80 million in Series D funding from a group of investors including Learn Capital, Prosus Ventures, Runa Capital, MantaRay, and General Catalyst. Gunderson Dettmer advised Learn Capital on the deal. 

Brainly is a Poland-based education technology company that operates a peer-to-peer learning platform used for asking homework-related questions by students, parents, and teachers.
