DZP Advises Aldesa on Successful Bid to Build Section of Poland's S19 Expressway

Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka has advised the winning consortium of Aldesa Construcciones Polska sp. z o.o. and Aldesa Construcciones S.A. on a tender conducted by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways for the design and building of the south Bialystok bypass on the Ksiezyno-Bialystok Poludnie section of Poland's S19 Expressway, together with the modernization of the DK 65 section, in Poland. The project value is PLN 456.14 million.

According to DZP, “by the end of August 2024, Aldesa will have built an 8-kilometer section of the S19 on the Bialystok Ksiezyno-Bialystok Poludnie section and modernized a 13-kilometer section of the DK 65 to Grabowka. The project also includes the construction of the Bialystok Poludnie road junction and 24 different engineering structures, including 14 animal crossings. Construction is expected to start in 2022.”
