Gessel has successfully represented the Black Forest Fund in proceedings before Poland’s Office of Competition and Consumer Protection involving its takeover of Corab.
Corab is a producer and distributor of equipment, rack structures, and photovoltaic mounting systems for all types of roofs in Poland.
According to Gessel, “on December 11, the president of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection approved the concentration, consisting in BFF's take-over of control over Corab.
Gessel’s team included Partner Bernadeta Kasztelan-Swietlik and Senior Associate Karolina Krzal-Kwiatkowska.
