Rymarz Zdort has advised Polish logistics platform European Logistics Investment on the acquisition of the Wroclaw Business Park warehouse complex from Aviva Investors.

According to Rymarz Zdort, the “Wroclaw Business Park is a warehouse complex that currently [consists of] two warehouses with a total area of approximately 9,500 square meters and is situated in the northeast part of Wroclaw on 10.5 hectares of land. The complex has great potential for expansion and further development.”

Rymarz Zdort’s team included Partner Piotr Fedorowicz, Senior Associates Karolina Bakowska and Tomasz Bakowski, and Associates Izabela Skrzypczak, Tomasz Karkowski, and Michal Kostewicz.
