Baker McKenzie Advises Embracer Group on Acquisition of Flying Wild Hog

The Warsaw office of Baker McKenzie has advised the Embracer Group on the acquisition of Polish game developer Flying Wild Hog from Supernova Capital. Sheridans reportedly advised the sellers on the deal.

Flying Wild Hog is an independent Polish developer of AA+ PC and console games. It was founded in 2009 in Warsaw by Michal Szustak, the current CEO, together with developers from CD Projekt Red and People Can Fly.

Embracer Group is the parent company of businesses that develop and publish PC, console, and mobile games for the global gaming market. With its head office in Karlstad, Sweden, Embracer Group has six operational groups: THQ Nordic GmbH, Koch Media GmbH/Deep Silver, Coffee Stain AB, Amplifier Game Invest, Saber Interactive, and DECA Games.
