SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Boryszew S.A. on the sale of Impexmetal S.A. to Sweden's Granges AB, which manufactures aluminum products. The transaction, which closed on November 6, 2020, was executed at Impexmetal’s valuation of PLN 938 million.
According to SSW, “Impexmetal S.A. is a company which operates mainly in the sector of non-ferrous metals, [and] is specialized in the production of rolled aluminum products. The company has been distributing those metals and semi-finished products abroad for more than 50 years.”
SSW Pragmatic Solutions’s team included Partners Szymon Okon, Katarzyna Solarz, Jakub Jedrzejewski, and Tomasz Wickel, Senior Associates Tomasz Kwasniewski and Karolina Turko, and Associates Dawid Brudzisz and Przemyslaw Szabat.
SSW did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
