Decisive Szmigiel Papros Gregorczyk has advised Nexity Polska on its acquisition of a plot of land in Warsaw's Bemowo district from an unspecified seller.
According to the firm, the acquisition was made for "housing development purposes.” No other details about the deal were provided.
Nexity Polska, a member of the Nexity Group, is a Warsaw-based real estate developer.
