Krassowski and WKB Advise on Bielenda's Acquisition of Dermika and Soraya Brands from Orkla Group

The Krassowski Law Firm has advised the Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne cosmetics company on its acquisition of the Dermika and Soraya brands and a production facility in Radzymin, Poland, from the Orkla Group. Wiercinski Kwiecinski Baehr reportedly advised the Orkla Group on the transaction, which remains contingent on regulatory approval.

According to WKB, "Orkla ASA, a Norwegian company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, and Orkla Group are leading suppliers of branded consumer goods and concept solutions to the grocery sector, specialist retailers, out-of-home sectors, and the bakery market. Its Polish subsidiary, Orkla Care S.A., is involved in the production and distribution of a wide range of cosmetics, and dietary, herbal, weight loss, and fitness supplement brands both in Poland and across Europe."
