Greenberg Traurig Advises Innova Capital on Acquisition of Stake in Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne

Greenberg Traurig has advised Innova Capital on its acquisition of an unspecified stake in Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne in Poland.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, and the deal remains contingent on the approval of Poland’s Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.

According to Greenberg Traurig, “Innova Capital will also support Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne in [its] acquisition of the Dermika and Soraya brands from Orkla Group.”

Innova Capital is an independent private equity advisor that invests in majority shareholdings of medium-sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its establishment, Innova Capital has invested almost EUR 1 billion in nearly 60 companies across ten countries in the region.

Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne is a Polish producer of cosmetics for face and body, as well as hair-care products.

Greenberg Traurig’s team consisted of Partners Rafal Baranowski and Aleksander Janiszewski, Local Partners Filip Kijowski, Magdalena Zyczkowska-Jozwiak, and Malgorzata Kercz, Senior Associate Mateusz Koronkiewicz, and Associate Tomasz Denko.  

The firm was unable to provide additional information about the deal.
